Thndr MCP
Use Thndr from your AI assistant
The Thndr MCP server connects an AI assistant to your own Thndr account. Ask about your portfolio, orders, prices and savings in plain words, from Claude, ChatGPT or an agent on your laptop.
https://mcp.thndr.app/mcpGet started
You connect once. There is no key or token to copy: your AI client finds Thndr's sign-in on its own.
- 1
Add the server
Paste the Thndr server URL into your AI client. There is no key or token to copy.
- 2
Sign in and choose
Your client opens a Thndr sign-in page. Sign in and tick the tools you want to allow.
- 3
Approve on your phone
Thndr sends a notification to your phone. Check the number matches and approve.
Pick your client
Each page has the exact steps for that client. All of them use the same server URL, https://mcp.thndr.app/mcp.

Using another client? Any MCP client that supports remote servers over HTTP with OAuth sign-in may work. We test the ones above, and some other clients can't finish signing in until Thndr allows their sign-in address.
What you can ask
Once you're connected, ask in your own words. The assistant picks the right tools.
“How is my portfolio doing, and what moved the most this month?”
Reads your positions and their price history.
“Which of my stocks pay dividends, and when is the next payment?”
Checks the declared dividends for what you hold.
“Show me today’s biggest gainers on EGX.”
Ranks the market’s top movers over any window.
“Tell me when COMI reaches 60 EGP.”
Creates a price alert, after you confirm it.
“Start a savings cloud for a new laptop, 40,000 EGP by June.”
Creates the cloud. You fund it in the Thndr app.
“What would the fees be on 100 shares of ETEL?”
Quotes the fees. Nothing is placed.
What's available
The server has 35 tools in 7 groups: 24 that read your account and the market, and 11 that make a change. When you connect, you choose which ones to allow, and your assistant never sees the rest.
None of the changes moves money. They manage your savings clouds, watchlist and price alerts, cancel an open order, and propose trades for you to approve. See every tool →
